I'M BAAAACK! && Defying The Doctors.

HEEEEY.
I'M BACK! sorry for the looong boring hiatus, it was like two months right?! but yeah, i've been crazy busy. exams, revision, back to school, relationships, arguments. yeah, its been a mental month and a half.
but now i'm back, i plan to do a post every once a week, not sure which day yet, but i'll be sure to let y'all know.

aaaanywaayy.

here's an inspirational story about the father of a disabled boy, who has done so much for his son, its unbelievable. a basic overview is that when Rick was born, the doctors told his parents that he would be disabled for the rest of his life, but they did not want to believe this.
after a lot of hard work, Rick's parents forked out for an amazing piece of equipment which allowed him to communicate. due to this, Rick told his parents how he wanted to help the other disabled kids, and so Dick (Rick's dad) has done so many things to contribute to helping the disabled, things like sponsored runs, towing Rick in a dingy while swimming, and so many more.
the amazing love that a father can give to his son is most definitely emphasised here, and it is just so beautiful to hear someone go to that much of a length, not just for his own son, but for other disabled children too, shows that this man is someone to look up to, a role model.

anyway, enough of my jibber-jabber, go read it for yourselves, and think to yourselves, what lengths would YOU go to for your son or daughter, or even for someone you love. think how much they mean to you, and what they would do for you. think about what life would be like without them. unbearable? hard to take?
